blue screen error trying to login in xp
Hi to all,
Today I face a problem in office that is about admin password.one of my colleague is forget the admin password and he tried to recovery change the password using hiren boot cd 15.2 but not worked.he try to log on so many time after that the account is locked the error is showing. The referenced account is locked and cannot be logged on to In the system total 6 user is there no user account are showing and switch user button are also missing.
After he handover the system in IT Room. DON'T FORMAT THE PC. TRY TO RECOVERY THE USER ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM
we just check the pc what is the problem is going in the pc.
We used the hiren boot cd 15.2 it also showing the same error.
we used hiren boot cd 10.2 and try to login using the windows xp. showing blue screen error
The Bios in the system is not fully acpi compliant. we try to access the bios it asking the password
to Enter into the bios that password also forgeted. After we remove the battery in the pc and enter into the bios and disable the bios password and check for the acpi compliant to disable that no where we found the acpi option in the bios...
It will login to the xp and we try to change the admin password there but it is not working.for that we do a silly thing there we deleted the sam file and sam logs files in the C:\Windows\System32\config
After we restart the system it went to repair mode and after 15min all the user accounts will displaced on the screen. we log on to the system normal using the administrator account only with the default password. It Fine all user account are there no data lose in the hard disk also.
Note:After we try the hireen boot cd 15.2 to logon to the xp in same manner it will strike in the middle only.

For the we need to do when the xp is lodging it will ask the f6 button to press after continues press the f5 button along with that.
In this page we have option to choose mps uni processor pc or mps multiprocessor pc other options are not working showing the blue screen only.
