Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent (MARS) is not responding Error id 78208
Before starting what, we did in Server. We updated server Operating system to windows server 2016 to windows server 2019 standard after we are getting this issue. what happened in server services are not running manually we started the server still not working. Step One: Update the agent in ASR server we get an error . Here Recovery Services management agent services are not started need to verify it. To fix this issue, install the MARS Agent version 2.0.9072.0 from the Microsoft Download Center. Error ID 78208 Error Message Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent (MARS) is not responding. Possible causes 1. The Process Server upgrade did not complete successfully. 2. MARS service is not running or has crashed. Recommendation 1. Restart the MARS service 2. If the issue occurred post an upgrade, re-run the upgrade process 3. If the issue continues to persistent, contact MS support
