the update could not be found in windows server 2008
The update could not be found. Either the update is not applicable to this computer or the update no longer exists. verify that the update still exists and is applicable to this computer from your wsus server or windows update
i installed wsus servers to my computer already but some reasons remove the role from my computer then after i am facing the problem.
2. Then open registry edittor in that open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ,SOFTWARE, POLICES, MICROSOFT, WINDOWS, WINDOWS UPDATES YOU need to delete the file from her take the backup of the file right click on that it will show export click on that and save it.

3. After delete the file open service.msc in that windows update restart the services
4. After restating go for the add role and add the wsus role there
then click next and next
then click install

3.SPECIFY PROXY SERVER
CLICK NEXT IF U WANT CREATE IT CREATE IT//.//

6. CHOSE PRODUCTS AND CLICK NEXT
7.SERVICE PACKS AND CLICK NEXT
8.SELECT AUTOMATICALLY DAILY OR UR WISE
9.FINISH
