how to seizing a operation role in the windows server 2008

To Delete the active directory of shutdown domain controller in the main server.

We have three server in the different location  .. And we are installing four server in the other location .. the problem is the second server location office is closed or server is destroy or permanently offline in that problem if we are implementing this. In that time we need do this and remove seizing a operation role of the second server totally...

1.Open the Cmd prompt in the administrative mode.
2.cd\
3.ntdsutil
First we check the roles what we installed in the main server
4. ntdsutil : roles
5.fsmo maintenance: Connections
6.server connections: connect to server "servername"
it will connected to the server ..
7.server connections:quite
8.fsmo maintenance: ?
if u press the question mark it will dispaly all command in there.
9.fsmo maintenance : seize RID master
after it will dispaly all details of the rid master then
10.quit
11.ntdsutil :quit
12.C:\>netdom query fsmo
schema master
domain naming master
pdc
rid pool manager
infrasturcture master
the command completed successfully

C:\>ntdsutil
ntdsutil : metadata cleanup
metadata cleanup :connections
server connections : connect to server factoryserver
binding to servername ....
server connections : quit
metadata cleanup : select operation target
select operation target : list domain
list domain will show here (Found 5 domains) 
select operation target : select domain which one is not working(select the number of the server)
select operation target: LIST SITES
FOUND 5 SITE
select operation target : SELECT SITES 5
select operation target: LIST SERVER IN SITE
select operation target : SELECT SITES 0
select operation target : QUIT
metadata cleanup : remove select server
removed server successfully
metadata cleanup:
